• Gain an overview of trauma responses and how these may present in children, young people and those supporting them.
• Develop an understanding of vicarious trauma and recognise its signs and effects.
• Explore practical strategies to protect yourself from the impact of vicarious trauma.
• Learn a range of coping skills and grounding techniques to support emotional wellbeing and resilience.
• Increase awareness of available sources of support and understand when and how to access them.
