Food and movement can have a big impact on how we live our days. This workshop will look very briefly at these aspects and how we can help the children and young people we spend time with achieve and maintain an appropriate state of regulation. This is an interactive session so please come along prepared to eat food, play and have some fun. This workshop will be delivered by Nicky who has been working with young people for over 25 years in alternative education, residential children's homes and voluntary settings.
Date: 23 February
