Focus groups with the Department for Education engagement team

The Department for Education has published new draft fostering standards and guidance for England and launched a consultation seeking views on the proposals.

The Fostering Network will be responding the consultation on behalf of our members. Therefore, we are hosting two focus groups for our foster carer members and two focus groups for our fostering service members. These will also be attended by contractors for DfE running the consultation engagement so that discussions can fed directly into their consultations as well as ours.
