Members’ helpline – England
Members of The Fostering Network can call us on 020 7401 9582 from 10 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
The member helpline does get very busy and so if you call us during opening hours it is likely you will hear our voicemail message – it just means we are on the phone. Always leave your name and telephone number (clearly and slowly) and we will aim to return your call within 24 hours or the next working day if the message is left over the weekend.

Our advice and information service in Northern Ireland is independent and confidential and is complementary to the support provided by health and social care trusts and independent fostering providers. We also deliver finance workshops for foster carers and other professionals involved in fostering.
