This course will allow participants the opportunity to explore and review agency policy and guidelines for managing allegations against foster carers. To consider roles, responsibilities and good practice principles when dealing with an allegation.

As part of the Managing Allegations against Foster Carers online course, we look at both preventative measures and how guidelines can be put into place that protect children and young people and also allow the necessary support to be in place for carers before, during and after an allegation.

The training will be delivered via zoom with a mixture of presentation and trainer guided exercises throughout. All participants will need a stable internet connection with a camera and microphone.
