The following organisations and individuals are proud sponsors of the awards:

  • The Exilarch's Foundation - supporting the Outstanding Achievement in Education Award which celebrates the achievements of young people who have been in foster care and have succeeded in education.
  • The Mortgage Brain - supporting the Outstanding Contribution by a Foster Carer Award which recognises foster carers who have made an exceptional contribution to foster care.
  • Jon Broad - supporting the Jon and Kathy Broad Award which recognises the outstanding work of a foster carer who specialises in fostering children and young people with learning disabilities.
  • Williams Giles - supporting the Outstanding Contribution by Sons and Daughters Award which celebrates the sons and daughters of foster carers, who have gone the extra mile to support their parents or the young people in foster care with their family.

In addition, the awards are supported by Haven and Partridges.

Kevin Williams, chief executive of The Fostering Network, said: 'We are excited to welcome both new and established sponsors to this year’s Fostering Excellence Awards, the UK’s only national fostering awards.

‘We would like to thank them for their support, which enables us to shine a spotlight on some of the exceptional foster carers, young people and social workers in the fostering community. Their support also gives us the opportunity to raise awareness of the transformational power of fostering among wider UK society.'

The Fostering Excellence Awards 2019 will take place in London on 23 October.
