Understanding Your Invoice
Zero-rated and Exempt-rated items:
Your membership includes various benefits, some of which are VAT-exempt or zero-rated. These are outlined in the VAT breakdown. Note: exempt and zero-rated items do not incur additional charges.
Bulk Foster Carer Household Membership:
This charge covers your fostering households at a rate of £51.99 per household for a one-year period. To request a list of households included, please contact: [email protected].
6-Month Adjustment (Bulk Household Membership):
This applies to new households added within the first six months of your membership term.
For example:
If your renewal date is 01 January 2026, any additions between 01 January – 30 June 2026 will be invoiced in July 2026.
Additions made between 01 July – 31 December 2026 will not be charged.
LA Organisational Membership:
This annual charge covers your local authority's organisational membership and is subject to VAT (reclaimable).
IFP Organisational Membership:
This annual charge covers your independent fostering provider’s organisational membership.
Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, written notice must be given at least 90 days before your next renewal date and any outstanding debts must be settled. This is in accordance with our Membership Terms.
