We will be exploring the importance of play in children's lives in a practical, fun way during this workshop. Experience messy play firsthand to connect with emotions and gain an insight into its impact on children. Learn how to create safe, engaging messy play environments for children in their own home while getting over the fear of mess. Understand the role of sensory play in emotional regulation, trauma healing, and cognitive development. Explore ways to use play as a strategy for emotional expression, stress relief, and learning.
