Learnings from practice and the lived experience of young people in care

This free webinar is available to members of The Fostering Network

About this webinar:

Join us for a powerful event where we will be joined by Jade Mash, a care experienced adult, fostering panel member, writer and educator. At the age of 10 Jade made the life-altering decision to leave home in response to escalating abuse. Entering the care system alone at that age shaped her understanding of survival and identity. Hear first hand how growing up in care shaped Jade into the person she is today, and learn how we can draw upon her reflections and insights to shape best practice and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Audience: This webinar is for The Fostering Network members and is relevant for social work professionals, fostering services, kinship carers and foster carers.
