Salary: £24,000 - £27,341pa Dependent upon experience 

Hours: 35 hours per week  

Location: Hybrid with links to the Glasgow Office.  Fixed Term Contract for 2 years 

The Fostering Network is the UK’s leading fostering charity. By working with foster families, and the services that support them, we help all children and young people who are fostered to achieve the very best they can.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate young person’s participation worker to lead on our work with children and young people and support The Fostering Networks Young Person’s Advisory Board to achieve their objectives and to further develop our participation work across Scotland supporting children and young people with lived experience.

This is an exciting two year project funded by the Young Start Fund and requires a young person’s participation worker to achieve the aims of project  to ‘build connections and create positive change’ for care experienced children and young people. Supporting us to realise the ambition of The Promise and have the voice of children and young people at the heart of our work.
