We are currently looking for three project workers (social workers) to help us deliver the Health and Social Care Board commissioned Fostering Attainment and Achievement service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multi- disciplinary team to deliver an education service to help improve the educational outcomes of looked after children in foster care. 
The roles are for the Belfast Trust, Southern Trust and Northern Trust
