We are looking for Associate Trainers who are willing to work with us flexibly to deliver in-person and virtual training in Scotland. The ideal candidates will have significant experience of providing high quality training to foster carers and other social care professionals, and will be able to demonstrate positive feedback from training sessions they have run. They will also have recent direct experience of working in a fostering setting.
We deliver a range of in-house training courses to our members in Scotland and are expanding our team. We are looking for highly skilled and qualified trainers who can deliver a range of courses, including our popular The Skills to Foster: preparation and train the trainer courses.
The training content will be provided by The Fostering Network. The successful candidates will be part of our pool of Associates who work with foster families, and the services that support them, to help everyone who is fostered to achieve the very best they can.
