Online payments on The Fostering Network's website

Thank you for ordering through the Fostering Network's website. On this page you will find some additional information about our online payments and who to contact if you have any questions.

Can I be invoiced for an online booking or membership payment?

No, at the moment online bookings and membership payments can only be accepted with payment by credit or debit card. If you would like to be invoiced, please contact the event organiser for online bookings or membership@fostering.net to discuss this.

How will my information be used?

Details of how the Fostering Network will use and store the information that you give us during the online payments process can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Do you retain my card details?

We do not retain any card details given to us as part of our online payments system.

How will I find this transaction on my statement?

The Fostering Network will appear as "TFN" on your bank or credit card statement.

I have to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

Please check The Fostering Network's Cancellation and Refunds policy to check if you are entitled to a refund. When you become aware that you will need to cancel your booking, please contact shop@fostering.net with your contact details, order number and the name of the event that you are registered on.
