Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing by post, email or fax.
Cancellations received at least 28 days before the event date will receive a refund of any amounts paid, less an administration charge of £50.
There will be no refunds for cancellations after 28 days prior to the event. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra cost.
Please be aware that this policy may vary according to the event. Please ensure that you are aware of the particular conditions for the event or training course that you are attending.
The Fostering Network reserves the right to alter this policy at any time and without warning.
Refunds
Refunds can be claimed in accordance with our cancellations policy and should be claimed at the time of the cancellation.
All applicable refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation being received by the Fostering Network.
