The importance of savings has long been recognised in the sector, in particular long term savings which can support young people as they move onto independence. Practice in this area has however been varied and concerns raised about consistency in ensuring savings are place, and that young people can access them when the time is right.

This webinar will look at long term savings for children and young people in care. It will bring together a range of speakers including ShareFound, Become and representatives from fostering services who will share perspectives and best practice.

It will allow attendees the opportunity to explore trends in policy and practice across the sector.

There will be opportunity for a Q&A session during the webinar.
