The Fostering Network (TFN) is the UK’s leading fostering charity, providing membership services, including advice, guidance, and support to almost 59000 foster carers and more than 450 fostering service providers across the UK. In Northern Ireland we support all statutory and not-for-profit fostering services and support more than 3500 foster carer/kinship foster carer members   

 

About the role

 

This is a full-time finance/data management role based in Belfast with responsibility for supervising two staff, supporting the Director and Head of Operations with budgeting and financial reporting. The post-holder will also have responsibility for data management and ensuring the integrity of our data in Northern Ireland while also contributing to our UK finance/data operations

 

About You

 

We are looking for a results driven, organised individual with substantial experience of managing administration, data and financial systems in a busy office environment. You will have demonstrable experience as a business partner to budget holders. You will be an analytical thinker, a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, who can work independently, prioritising work to meet deadlines and competing demands while motivating others and working as part of a team in Northern Ireland and within the UK wide finance team.
