We are running a series of exciting interactive workshops for young people aged 14-17 which will give them a taster of different employment options – from animation and hair & beauty to football and outdoor pursuits.
It is always good to be as honest as you can about the current situation, offering age-appropriate explanations to the children you care for. Taking time to explain the situation will enhance the trust in your relationship and let them know that they can come to you to discuss any anxieties they might have. With the rules and regulations surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic changing on a regular basis, you might find that you do not always know the answer to their questions.
